The appointments come as Adnami continues to scale up rapidly across Europe
Ad tech company Adnami has appointed Ryan Burnett as UK Sales Director and Bjørn Laffrenz Bukholt as Head of Programmatic & Ad Ops, as growing numbers of advertisers across Europe turn to its high impact display and video formats.
Ryan’s objective is to raise awareness of Adnami in the UK and drive sales revenue within UK agencies, helping to position Adnami as the leading high impact provider. Previously Senior Account Director at Azerion, he was also Commercial Manager at Inskin Media and worked in sales at ShortList, Haymarket, The Daily Telegraph and IPC Media.
Reporting to James Upson, who was appointed Managing Director, UK and NL late last year, Ryan comments: “I’ve long heard great things about Adnami – its unique technology and creative creative capabilities really appealed to me. Driving attention is very important for many of the clients I’ve worked with, and I wanted to move to a company where this was a key pillar. Adnami’s scalable, measurable and automated solution to running impactful advertising campaigns is here at a time when attention as a metric is rightly at the forefront of industry discussion.”
Meanwhile Bjørn takes responsibility for the Ad Operations team, establishing activation models to help clients with inventory supply and media buying across markets, while maintaining quality and optimization of client campaign KPIs and success.
Previously Director, Advertising Technology at Omnicom Media Group in Denmark, Bjørn spent over five years at eBay, latterly as Digital Commercial Specialist. Having spent over 15 years in the media world, including a number of roles in ad tech, he’s an experienced online ad specialist with deep and broad technological expertise and a customer-oriented approach.
Having already worked with Adnami both on the publisher and advertiser side, he says: “I see many huge opportunities as Adnami continues to grow. Its high impact advertising platform delivers not only engaging ad experiences for consumers but also accelerated returns for publishers and brands and I look forward to helping the team reach even greater heights, finding areas where we can provide even better service to help our clients achieve success.”
Adnami CEO, Simon Kvist Gaulshøj, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Bjørn and Ryan to their respective roles. Both of these great professionals are customer oriented, with a track record of building productive, long-lasting relationships with colleagues and clients respectively. Their positive attitude and knowledge of the media world align perfectly with our culture at Adnami as we continue on our rapid growth trajectory across the continent.”
