AinFin, the inclusive global financial technology firm, has hired Vivien Patt as CEO of Swifin in Uganda.  Vivien will lead the Ugandan operations during the next phase of growth.  She brings a wealth of experience having held a number of senior appointments in the financial services sector, as well as a successful stint as an entrepreneur.

Powered by AinFin technology, Swifin is a mobile network agnostic, multi-channel and cross-border payment platform and underpins AinFin mission to promote wealth creation and provide the financial tools for global communities to flourish.

The appointment will support AinFin’s expansion across Uganda, bringing the economic benefits of digital banking services to millions, including the country’s large unbanked communities.

Vivien joins from POP Advisory, the investment and corporate advisory company which she founded in 2011.  Prior to this, Vivien  was Chief Financial Officer and Board Director at Remark International BV, where she oversaw all back office functions for the Dutch insurance marketing firm which has a portfolio size €130m and offices in 45 countries.

She also held the role of UK Financial Controller at UBS Global Asset Management and Head of Decision Support – Investment Management at Coutts Group, in London.
