Buyers Can Bag An Affordable Home In Bedford At De Montfort Place

Bedfordshire has been crowned the best region in the UK for purchasing a property through the Government’s Help to Buy scheme. Recent research from Totally Money examined each district across the country to generate a list of hotspots for the scheme; Central Bedfordshire offered the highest number of Help to Buy loans with 1,710 per individual, making buyers’ first step on the property ladder far more achievable[1]. Storey Homes has contributed to the county’s selection of affordable homes with De Montfort Place in Bedford, which is ideal for buyers looking to get more for their money through the Help to Buy scheme.
Potential buyers can also feel confident in the quality of properties available with Storey Homes, as the Federation of Master Builders confirms buyers are twice as likely to be happy with their new build home if purchased from a small or medium sized house builder[2].
Katy Jordan, Managing Director of Storey Homes, comments: “We understand the challenges that come with buying a new property, and we are thrilled to provide a beautiful selection of quality homes with the special offer of Help to Buy. Bedford offers a great place for travelling into the capital, and a range of leisure activities that residents can do locally. The attractive market town of Bedford provides a range of retail and leisure opportunities for local residents, including shops, restaurants, cafés and bars.
