Capita Asset Services appoints Steve Lemka

Capita Asset Services has appointed Steve Lemka as managing director of its investor relations business.

Steve will be based in London and will focus on developing Capita Asset Services’ corporate product offering, and supporting the firm’s clients with innovative, high quality solutions for improved execution and effective investor targeting strategies.

Steve joins the team from J.P. Morgan Cazenove, where he worked as an executive director within its market leading UK corporate broking business.

He headed the firm’s UK Market Intelligence Group, which provided essential services that included shareholder analysis, investor targeting, a best-in-class CRM application and market debriefs.

During his career Steve has built very strong long-term relationships with corporate CEOs, CFOs and investor relations teams, and assisted across an enormous range of corporate actions as well as overseeing many of the regular requirements needed by his clients.
