Chaser To Break New Ground In Credit Control Industry With Revolutionary AI

The industry-leaders in credit control software are using AI to raise the bar for automated software solutions

Chaser, the industry-leading credit control software, today announced a groundbreaking new product feature release to kick off Q2 2017, launching this evening.

Guided by their design philosophy of ‘automated humanity’, Chaser has driven success for its customers in managing their debtors since 2014. This Saturday they are releasing a state-of-the- art AI communications engine, S.P.E.A.R.E., as a feature enhancement to their top-tier credit control solution. Dubbed the Shakespearean Prose Emulator and Reconfiguration Engine, S.P.E.A.R.E. (for short) is a revolutionary step forward in the credit control industry, able to automatically generate and send emails chasing invoice payments in the language and styling of Shakespearean English.

David Tuck, Founder & CEO of Chaser, says: “We’re big believers in our philosophy of automated humanity. We always strive to provide our customers with the most automated credit control solution possible but without them losing the human touch in their relationships with their customers. S.P.E.A.R.E. came as the natural progression forward for us in that regard. Chaser users need only input a few key phrases into a textbox and click what we’ve called the ‘Billy button’ to have S.P.E.A.R.E. generate a fully-fledged and effective email template, written convincingly in the language of a 16th century playwright.”

Driven from customer feedback, Chaser’s development of S.P.E.A.R.E. is a bold and creative way the fintech company is looking to raise the bar even higher in an industry they are leading.

Further information about the release is available on their blog.
