CORDANT PEOPLE LAUNCHES ONE-HOUR TEMP SERVICE FOR LONDON BUSINESSES
Published On :
Cordant People has launched a new Standby Service to provide businesses based in Central London with highly responsive people cover. The recruitment specialist can now provide general staff and office professionals within just one hour for both new and existing clients based within zones one and two of the city.
In a move designed to help those businesses requiring additional staff due to employee illness or increased workload, the Standby Service supplements the existing portfolio of industry-leading solutions Cordant People provides to its clients across London. The service is available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30 am and 10.30 am, a key two-hour period where the vast majority of organisations are able to evaluate proposed daily activity and calculate required resources.
The service incorporates a four-hour minimum consignment so businesses are under no obligation to employ a candidate for a full day, which is beneficial to smaller businesses with limited budgets. Career temps are also available, so organisations can request the same candidate to return at a later date in a bid to promote business continuity.
