Feature 17 Coming Soon To Hipster Hotspot
Published On :
Walthamstow has been voted one of the top 10 places to live in London in 2017, according to The Sunday Times’ Best Place to Live Guide. Taking into account house prices, school performance and local amenities, the East London town has been earmarked as a hipster hotspot. For trendsetting home hunters that are keen to invest in this up and coming area, this October Countryside is launching its brand-new development, Feature 17 in Walthamstow, E17.
Located in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, Feature 17 comprises a stylish collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom duplexes and three and four-bedroom houses, as well as offering a selection of wheelchair units. Designed to suit the needs of the modern-day lifestyle, these homes cater for a wide variety for purchasers. From families to young professionals, Feature 17 is ideal for buyers looking to combine the convenience of city living, with green spaces and a vibrant, market town atmosphere.
Tanju Hussein, Associate Sales Director at Countryside Partnerships South comments: “Over the last few years, Walthamstow has been increasingly earmarked as a property hotspot, so we are delighted to be launching Feature 17 this October. The area has seen an increase in quirky bars, artisan restaurants and markets, making it an attractive location for trendsetters keen to enjoy the very best of East London living.”
Known for its lively music and arts scene, independent retailers and restaurants, Walthamstow offers a range of entertainment opportunities. This includes Stow Film Lounge, an independent cinema which screens films in different locations throughout the borough. Walthamstow Village is also located only a short walk from the development, providing an array of local businesses, bars, pubs and cafes. For a breath of fresh air, there is plenty of open green space to enjoy, including Epping Forest, with its 6,000 acres of open space and the newly transformed Walthamstow Wetlands, home to a host of wildlife.
Ideally located for commuters into London, Feature 17 is located within half a mile from Walthamstow Central which offers national rail, overground and underground services. Situated on the Victoria Line, residents can travel to King’s Cross in less than 15 minutes and Oxford Circus in 20 minutes. The development also benefits from excellent road links, with the A406 North Circular and the M11 nearby.
