Taylor Wimpey España‘s most recent data reveals that German buyers are returning to Spain at an increasing rate.
Overall, total sales by German buyers in 2016 increased by 40% compared to the previous year.
Geographically, the hotspot for German buyers was the Balearic Isle of Mallorca where 93% of all sales were completed.
