Award-winning developers Countryside and L&Q are delighted to welcome the Kip McGrath Education Centre Chelmsford North to the Beaulieu Square Neighbourhood Centre.  Construction work is well under way on site at Beaulieu Square, which will create a striking new neighbourhood centre, with an excellent range of community facilities for residents to enjoy.

Beaulieu Square will have excellent pedestrian and cycle access, as well as plenty of car and bicycle parking spaces.
