Leading independent facilities management specialist, Incentive FM, has appointed Glenn Wilson as Operations Director. Glenn has been with Incentive FM for seven years, most recently as Regional Director, North. During this time the business has increased its turnover to over £60m with Glenn playing a key role in achieving high levels of client retention and supporting new business development.

In his new role he will be responsible for leading Incentive FM’s operations in addition to the growth and development of its systems and processes. He will continue to work closely with the business development team identifying opportunities for both organic and new growth. Glenn will join the Incentive FM board of Directors with immediate effect.  This move will further strengthen the executive team and provide capacity at all levels for future growth.
