Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities company, has been awarded a 12 month rolling contract to provide total facilities management services for the Innovation Group, in a deal worth £730,000.
Under the terms of the contract, Incentive FM will be providing cleaning, security, M&E, waste, utilities procurement and management services at the Group’s head office in Hampshire and eight other satellite buildings nationwide, through its structured management team.
