Incentive FM, the UK’s leading independent facilities company, has been awarded a 12 month rolling contract to provide total facilities management services for the Innovation Group, in a deal worth £730,000.

 Under the terms of the contract, Incentive FM will be providing cleaning, security, M&E, waste, utilities procurement and management services at the Group’s head office in Hampshire and eight other satellite buildings nationwide, through its structured management team.

 Innovation Group, who provides services to organisations in the insurance industry, is committed to delivering a fulfilling and safe work environment to its employees. Incentive FM will work to maintain the company’s high workplace standards ensuring every area of the company remains compliant.
