An international law firm has deployed a new unified communications (UC) solution to ensure its UK and US-based employees can benefit from greater collaboration. Mancini Legal is now using an innovative platform from VIA, the business telephony and communications specialist, to create a truly joined-up yet flexible workforce.

Mancini Legal was looking for a cloud-based UC platform to better connect its team of employees based across its three UK offices in London, Horsham, and Cranleigh, as well as those solicitors operating out of its office in New York City. The firm was utilising an E5 licence for Office 365, which includes hosted email, desktop Office applications for PC and Mac, Skype for Business web conferencing and access to the OneDrive.
