Loved up couples will soon be making plans as to how they will celebrate Valentine’s Day. A recent survey, conducted by Festive Lights, has revealed that 63 per cent of couples admitted that they would rather stay in than go out on the annual holiday of love[1]. Star-crossed lovers couples looking to play out their own version of Romeo and Juliet’s balcony scene should look to The Windham at Countryside’s Abode development at Great Kneighton in Cambridge. The impressive five-bedroom home has a large central first-floor terrace overlooking a romantic private courtyard, along with four further terraces across the first and second floors.

Abode is a collection of contemporary two and three-bedroom apartments and four and five-bedroom houses that forms part of Great Kneighton, an exciting new community being created on the southern fringe of Cambridge. The Windham is the perfect home for couples that want to enjoy a night off from their busy work/family lives, and spend some quality time together in one of its many private romantic areas.

David Everett, Managing Director of Countryside’s New Homes & Communities Central Region, comments: “The array of outdoor space that the Windham offers gives couples the opportunity to spend a relaxing evening together without leaving their home. In the warmer months, residents can spend many evenings having quiet drinks and dining al fresco, making perfect use of the Romeo and Juliet features of the home all year round!”
