“I didn’t meet the seller, knew nothing about the property, and did hardly any due diligence,” Wilmot explains. “All it took was a few contracts and a call to three cash buyers who owned nearby properties.”

This experience opened Wilmot’s eyes to a simpler, more efficient way of making money in real estate while still enjoying life. He realized he didn’t need to be constantly available or micromanage contractors to succeed.
