Pioneering start-up Kelda Technology has hired a new business development manager to help with its ambitious global growth plans.

The Southampton-based organisation has appointed Andy Mosedale to build on the success of 2016 by increasing sales for its cutting-edge shower system that uses half the amount of water and energy of a traditional shower and slashes water bills.

Andy joins at an exciting time, after Kelda Technology was recently recognised as one of the top 30 cleantech companies globally, resulting in it winning entry to the prestigious Global Expo 2017.

Andy, who has 25 years of sales and management experience, said he was delighted to join the company. “I chose Kelda Technology because I was struck by the passion and commitment of the team,” he said.

“In times where businesses and individuals are looking to save energy and water, it gives us a fantastic opportunity to talk to them about how Kelda Technology can help them with achieving those savings.”

Using his vast knowledge of the UK and international distribution markets, Andy will follow up on Kelda Technology’s strong pipeline of enquiries and convert these into sales, as well as developing new markets domestically and across the world.
