Lasernet grows UK based partner network

Lasernet’s grows UK based partner network

As part of aggressive expansion plans, customer communication management specialist, Formpipe Lasernet, has added UK-based IT reseller, CarnabyERP, to its global certified partner network.

The deal was confirmed earlier this month and will see the independent business systems reseller and implementer enhance its portfolio with Lasernet’s simple to use and feature rich functionality, and unrivalled integration with all major ERP systems. With 30 years’ experience delivering cutting edge ERP solutions to its customers across a range of sectors including, oil and gas, telecoms, manufacturing and distribution and financial services, CarnabyERP, prides itself on offering its customers innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and promote stronger performance.

Explaining the significance of joining Lasernet’s certified partner network, Kelvin Forrester, Director at CarnabyERP comments: “We have seen first-hand a shift in the way our clients communicate with customers. There’s now a certain level of pressure on big companies to invest and lead the way in communications, and for smaller businesses to stay competitive. From receiving delivery updates through text messages to sending receipts via email, the way we communicate is really evolving. As a result, we believe that a system like Lasernet is becoming more and more essential to create, control, disseminate and archive the vast streams of documents in a simple and cost-effective manner. The platform absolutely has the potential to enhance standard ERP functionality and solve a number of problems for our clients.

Formpipe Lasernet’s, sales and marketing director, Mike Rogers, adds: “We live in a digital age and, as consumers, our expectations have shifted dramatically over the last decade when it comes to how we interact with service providers. We expect choice and we expect communications to be tailored to our individual preferences. For businesses, this shift represents a real opportunity to better engage with customers to increase repeat business and upselling potential. By empowering businesses to create and disseminate intelligent, perfectly aligned, brand-rich, business documents across all formats, Lasernet taps into the evolving expectations of consumers and bridges the gaps in functionality apparent within ERP systems.

“We have worked hard this year to expand our certified partner network and are extremely pleased to welcome CarnabyERP to our partner community. CarnabyERP is a serious player in the Infor, Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX and CRM markets, making them a perfect match for us. We’re very excited about what the future of the partnership will bring.”

Formpipe Lasernet is a Microsoft Gold Partner and works with businesses experiencing challenges associated with managing large quantities of documents. The software provides businesses with a solution for all customer communication needs; enabling the creation and distribution of perfectly designed, brand rich documents across multiple platforms.
