Metapraxis launches accountancy training course ‘Accounting Intuition’ in partnership with CIMA

Metapraxis, the business performance management and financial analytics firm, today announces the launch of Accounting Intuition, a new accountancy training course in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Accounting Intuition is a one-day course designed to teach the fundamentals of accounting, and how this can be practically applied in business.Using cutting-edge software that lets trainees visualise how profit, cashflow and assets are all connected, the training starts by introducing accounting transactions and balances before covering more advanced accounting concepts, such as working capital management, the cash conversion cycle, ratio analysis, and budgeting and forecasting.
The course is delivered by experienced Metapraxis instructors, in partnership with CIMA, and comprises of case study exercises, team activities and online tests. At the end of the course, trainees use the software to compete against each other in a virtual business challenge,where they must apply their knowledge to generate profit and manage cashflow. After the day is complete, participants retain access to the online portal containing all the course learning materials and are invited to complete an online assessment, after which successful candidates will receive the CIMA Certificate in Business & Accounting Dynamics.
