Redline Application Services scales up with The Bunker
Published On :
Credit management solutions provider, Redline Application Services, reaches over 25,000 retailers with the support of data centre and managed service provider, The Bunker.
Redline’s innovative credit management software, Cognition, is used to administer loans, carry out credit checks and aid debt collection for retailers, banks and other credit providers. Hosted in The Bunker’s ultra-secure ex-military facilities, the ten-year partnership between the two companies has enabled Cognition to significantly grow its client base.
With The Bunker’s fully-managed infrastructure-as-a-service, Redline has been able to focus on developing the platform so that it can be quickly implemented and adjusted by banks and retailers. The 24/7 support from The Bunker also frees up time for the team at Redline to offer a more personalised service and tailored technical support to its clients.
The partnership also means that Redline benefits from disaster recovery functionality, with hosting in both of The Bunker’s secure data centres, ensuring consistent uptime and enabling the company to maintain compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS and other standards.
Steve Toms, managing director at Redline, said: “Our relationship with the team at The Bunker has gone from strength to strength over the last ten years, along with the success of our Cognition software. With a quickly-growing team and an ever-demanding client base, we needed to work with a business that could understand our need to scale at pace, while safe in the knowledge that our complex compliance and security requirements were met.”
Phil Bindley, managing director at The Bunker, said: “During the time that we’ve partnered with Redline, we’ve come to understand the company and its security requirements inside out. As a business that handles a lot of personal data, security has always been of paramount importance. With our focus on providing the highest level of security, we’ve been able to go far beyond this requirement, and have seen the business grow exponentially as a result.”
