The outer commuter belt has seen an annual price growth of 2.4%, and a 14% price growth since 2014, according to Savills[1]. Their figures suggest that this is the highest growth area in the UK and has been born out of buyers looking to get better value for their money, whilst maintaining an easily accessible journey time into London.
