West Park Gate Unveiled At Acton Gardens
The highly anticipated fifth phase of Acton Gardens in Acton, W3, by joint venture partners Countryside and L&Q is launching this weekend, Saturday 20th May. West Park Gate comprises 72 homes in total, a range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ground floor duplexes and two storey penthouses, all built around an attractive central courtyard.
Designed by HTA Architects, West Park Gate is imaginatively designed with strong colonnades, with feature brickwork. The building includes three podiums on the penthouse level, with large terraces and views over the London skyline. Located on the edge of the new West Park, many of these homes will benefit from stunning views overlooking open green space from protruding balconies.
Amanda Nesbitt, Associate Sales and Marketing Director at Countryside Partnerships South comments: “Following the success of our previous phase, we are delighted to be launching the next phase at Acton Gardens, providing more high quality homes to purchasers in West London. This is one of our most exciting phases, as it also includes the development of the new West Park, due to open this summer. Our last phase was extremely popular so I advise potential buyers to register their interest as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.”
Acton Gardens is an ambitious £600m project, creating 2,500 brand new homes. This placemaking scheme is forming a new community in Acton, designed to also connect to surrounding neighbourhoods through a range of new walking routes. Green space plays a vital role with West Park the first of many future parks planned within the development. A central square will be at the heart of the community, offering a supermarket, shops, doctors, dentist surgery, nursery and youth club. The development will also feature a tree lined boulevard, encouraging residents to use communal outdoor areas, as well as providing a brand-new bus service.
The homes within West Park Gate are entered through grand foyers with double height ceilings. West Park Gate offers a revised specification featuring German made, contemporary kitchens with individually designed featuring handleless base, tall and wall units in a grey, soft touch finish. Appliances include a Siemens electric oven, microwave oven, four zone hob, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a free standing washing machine/tumble drier located in the hallway. Elegant timber effect Amtico dusty walnut flooring is also fitted throughout each apartment. Master bedrooms are generously sized, featuring fitted wardrobes with parted mirrored sliding doors, providing ample storage space.
Apartments have been designed to maximize light and offer flexible open plan living areas, as well as outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace. In addition, West Park Gate residents will benefit from a new neighbourhood concierge service in the future, assisting with everyday needs such as parcel collection as well as key management and monitoring CCTV.
With excellent transport connections, Acton Gardens is located within a short walk of Acton Town underground station providing Piccadilly and District Line services into the West End and the City. It is also close to Acton main line station, which will benefit from becoming a station on the Crossrail line when it opens in 2019. Nearby Chiswick High Street offers an exciting range of designer boutiques, good pubs and restaurants, whilst the Westfield regional shopping centre at White City is only 20 minutes away by tube.
