According to research from emoov, the London Borough of Ealing is one of the most in-demand areas for home hunters in London[1], with an impressive 46 per cent increase in demand since the second quarter of 2017. At the heart of this popular borough is Acton Gardens, W3, a development by joint venture partners, Countryside and L&Q. The highly anticipated next phase of homes, Central Square Apartments, has recently launched on Saturday 28th October, offering the ultimate urban village experience.

The first release of homes available comprise a contemporary collection of two and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes or penthouses which all benefit from access to a communal, south-facing podium garden. The apartments are also located moments away from the brand new Central Plaza, a focal point within the new community. Residents at Acton Gardens will benefit from new health and leisure facilities, including a GP and dentist surgery, as well as a supermarket, café, nursery and a community centre, right on the doorstep.

Tom O’Shea, Sales Manager at Countryside Partnerships South, comments: “We are delighted to have launched the highly anticipated sixth phase at Acton Gardens, situated in the increasingly popular London Borough of Ealing. As the name suggests, Central Square Apartments, are located in the heart of this exciting new neighbourhood.  These homes sit directly above a range of new amenities; whether it is buying a pint of milk,  meeting friends for coffee, or enjoying a meal out, the latest phase at Acton Gardens defines urban village living. The launch weekend proved very popular, so we recommend potential purchasers pay our beautiful new show home a visit soon, in order to avoid disappointment.”

Expected for completion in 2026, Acton Gardens is an ambitious £600m project, creating 2,500 brand new homes, and new community facilities, encompassing 52 acres. The development is forming a new community in Acton, designed to connect to surrounding neighbourhoods through a range of new walking routes.

All the homes within Central Square Apartments have been thoughtfully designed, providing flexible, open plan living spaces, to suit modern lifestyles and offering private outdoor spaces in the form of a balcony or terrace. Each property features the finest specification, boasting underfloor heating to all homes and wine coolers and boiling water taps to the two and three-bedroom homes. Kitchens are contemporary in style, with integrated Siemens appliances, whilst bathrooms are sleek, featuring modern chrome accessories.

For a breath of fresh air, Central Square Apartments are ideally located for residents to enjoy the abundant green space at Acton Gardens. South Acton Park is a stone’s throw from the homes, whilst Gunnersbury Park is less than one mile from the development, featuring beautiful ornamental gardens, including woods, lakes, a nine-hole golf course, tennis courts, as well as football and cricket pitches.

Acton Gardens has arguably the best transport links of any development currently on the market in West London. South Acton station, on the London Overground, and Acton Town underground station, for the Piccadilly and District Lines are both adjoining the development. Residents can also gain easy access to Acton Main Line Station, which will benefit from becoming a station on the Crossrail line when it opens in 2019. Nearby Chiswick High Street offers an exciting range of designer boutiques, good pubs and restaurants, whilst the Westfield regional shopping centre at White City is only 20 minutes away by tube.
