Equiniti Credit Services, the UK’s leading loans management and credit technology company, has recruited a further 15 software engineers to provide two additional Scrum teams specialising in C#.
Net and Java and is actively looking to recruit more.
The company is moving into Azure Public Cloud for hosting all aspects of its technical operations, including development, staging and client instance hosting and is looking to grow its team in the area of automated orchestration and software deployment. Consistent with its approach towards automation, the company is also looking for further, qualified QA Test specialists.
Tom Martin, Head of Technology at Equiniti Credit Services said: “We’re making significant progress with exciting engagements from both new and existing clients. But our expansion is not simply about growth.
“Giving our clients the capability to bring new financial services to the market with speed and certainty, especially now that the digital experience drives attitudes and expectations from consumers, is essential.”
Equiniti Credit Services continuously drives innovation in its proprietary technology platform used by major banks and consumer finance lenders. Coupling API-led technology with agile methodologies, it integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems and customer-facing websites. This is enabling financial services companies to bring new loan products to market quickly and with flexibility.
The platform is adapting to changes and consumer preferences in digital-based lending whilst revolutionising the operations of a variety of financial services businesses, from banks to motor finance and retail lenders.
Tom Martin added: “We have to keep pace with new capabilities and new thinking, and to do that we have to attract the best talent. It is a competitive recruitment scene in fintech across Leeds and the Northern Powerhouse region, but we can attract people by continuing to do what we do, the way we do it.”
Equiniti Credit Services relocated to its purpose-designed Equiniti Northern Tech Hub, based in Leeds, in April this year as part of a move to bring together teams from Equiniti Pancredit and Nostrum.
It currently has 180 employees, an increase of 20 per cent since the move into new premises.
