Incentive QAS Expands Retail Portfolio With Million Pound Shopping Centre Contract

Incentive QAS, the specialist cleaning business, has been awarded a million pound, three-year contract by leading property management company, Workman Group LLP, to provide cleaning services at the Pentagon shopping centre in Chatham, Kent.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Incentive QAS team of 14 staff will be providing a 24/7 cleaning service at the centre, which attracts over 225,000 shoppers every week. It boasts a 16-lane bowling alley, events facilities and over 70 retails units. In addition Incentive QAS will provide a daily janitorial service, a full time waste management team and washroom services to Chathams only public washroom facilities.

This is the latest addition to our growing portfolio which has seen us grow by 59% in the past 15 months.”
