Reckon Software Ltd, has become the first in UK accounting software to offer unlimited project and job management for users of the Reckon One mobile and web apps.

The announcement comes as Reckon releases the first Reviewer’s Guide for the software, providing a high level snap shot of the tools and functions available to users. The software, which launched in the UK last year, has been designed specifically to make financial management less complex for small businesses available online or available to download through the Reckon One app.

Amongst Reckon One’s features, which include an expense submission facility and budgeting system, the project management tool enables individuals to manage unlimited projects or jobs in one place.  The programme embeds smart technology to automatically create profit and loss reports for each project, allowing the user to forecast final costs and compare schemes for profitability.

Complete with a professional invoicing system within the project management function, small business users can allocate multiple invoices to various projects and bill their clients for jobs simultaneously.

Reckon’s Commercial Director, Mark Woolley said: “We wanted to create something superior that would better the lives of millions of small businesses everywhere. Reckon One’s project and job management function is an advanced feature, which eliminates one of the main pain points experienced by businesses when managing finances.”
